STAMPACK Xpress is the advanced tool for tool designers, product developers and method designers.

The programme allows efficient simulation of all forming processes, from deep drawing to coining, using an easy-to-use interface and advanced calculation methodologies to reduce mould design time.

With shell simulation, sheet metal forming processes with thin walls and large bending and forming radii can be analysed. It is characterised by short calculation times and is also suitable for parts with large thicknesses, for a quick first meaningful evaluation or for budgeting.

The software is also able to evaluate the springback of the moulded part, which occurs after the forming operation, and automatically compensate the tool surfaces accordingly. It is also possible to insert trimming and shearing operations of the profiles/holes to obtain the highest quality finished part.
